8.8 Synchronizing with Your Computer

If you are using Windows XP or earlier versions of Windows, download
and install the latest ActiveSync. If you are using Windows Vista or Win-
dows 7, download and install the latest Windows Mobile Device Center.
Visit the Microsoft website to download the program and to obtain
operating instructions.
After the software installation, connect your device to your computer
with the USB cable.
NOTE: In case your computer does not respond after the cable connec-
tion for ActiveSync mode, tap
PC, and then clear "Enable advanced network functionality". This should
resolve the problem.
