Description of the filter functions
The activated carbon filters GUTMANN
are characterized by high regenerability
in traditional ovens and by durability. It is
also worth mentioning that their efficacy
12 times superior to that of traditional
carbon filters, and their noise is minimum
compared to other filters, thanks to the
honeycomb lamellar structure. The ab-
sorbency capacity of the GUTMANN
activated carbon filters is also due to a
surface larger than the other filters.
Regeneration
Regeneration takes place in a preheated
oven (200 ° C) and it lasts for 1-2 hours
depending on the level of dirt accumu-
lated on the filter.
Caution: Danger of fire!
Remove the filter from the
oven only after complete cooling.
This process can cause unpleasant odors
in the oven!
Caution: risk of burns!
Take activated carbon filters out of the
baking oven only after they have cooled
down. This can result in odour nuisance in
the baking oven!
