capacity.
Pump stroke

Saddle cannot
be lifted all
the way.
Oil leaking
from the oil fi ll
plug.

SOLUTION
NOTE: Make Certain That
The Jack Is Not Supporting
A Load While Attempting A
Solution.

Valves may be
blocked or may not
be closed fully.
To fl ush the valves:
1. Lower the
Saddle and
securely close
Check that
the Valve
the Valve
Release Screw.
Release Screw
is fully closed.
2. Manually lift
the saddle
several inches.
3. Open the Valve
Release Screw
and force the
saddle down
as quickly as
possible.

Low oil in the

Jack. - Refer to

"BLEEDING THE
BOTTLE JACK".
