When the task is completed, be careful when releasing Jack pressure. Firstly, remove the
Handle, then slowly loosen the Valve Release Screw of the Bottle Jack with the slotted end
of the Handle, allowing the Mandrel And Pump Plate to rise.
WARNING: Stay alert while releasing Jack pressure as the Jack may rise quickly.
Procedures not specifi cally explained in this manual must be performed
only by a qualifi ed technician.
To prevent serious personal injury caused by TOOL FAILURE :
Do not use if it is damaged. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have
the problem corrected before further use.
Change the hydraulic oil at least once every three years. To change the hydraulic oil:
1.
Press the Jack Stand (J) down and remove the Bottle Jack from the workshop press.
2.
Remove the oil fi ll plug.
3.
Tilt the Bottle Jack so that the old hydraulic oil can drain out completely from the Bottle
Jack. Please note that the disposal of the old hydraulic oil should be performed in accordance
with local regulations.
4.
After that, fi ll the Bottle Jack with high-quality hydraulic oil (not included) until the oil
begins to run out of the hole.
5.
Put the oil fi ll plug back onto the Bottle Jack.
6.
Wipe the Bottle Jack with a clean cloth using mild detergent or solvent.
7.
Place the Bottle Jack back to the workshop press (See step 4 of ASSEMBLY).

To prevent serious personal injury:
1.
Be careful when troubleshooting a malfunctioning Jack.
2.
Resolve all problems before use.
3.
If the solutions presented in the Troubleshooting guide do not solve
the problem, have a qualifi ed technician inspect and repair the Jack
before use.
4.
Once the Jack is repaired: Test it carefully without a load by raising it
and lowering it fully, checking for proper operation before returning
the Jack to operation.
