6.7 Réglage des fers (54-54A)

Mettre la machine hors tension, basculer le protecteur cache-lame et
retirer le guide de dégauchissage.
Régler la table d'entrée à une passe de 2 mm.
Débloquer le fer en vissant légèrement les vis extérieures du serre-lame.
Immobiliser 2 planchettes de bois dur bien dégauchies sur la table de sortie.
Tourner l'arbre machine pour positionner le fer à sa position la plus haute
(aligner sur les repères V marqués sur le bâti).
Le porte-fer en appui sur la tête de vis de réglage en fond rainure de l'arbre,
faire monter le fer contre la planchette en dévissant la vis de réglage avec
une clé mâle 6 pans de 3 mm (55).

Egaliser et bloquer le porte-fer et refaire un contrôle des fers.
6.7 Hobeleisen einstellen (54-54A)

Die Maschinen vom Stromnetz trennen.
Schutzhaube nach oben schwenken und Abrichtanschlag abnehmen.
Einschubtisch zur 2mm-Schnittstärke stellen.
Hobeleisen lösen : Äußere Schrauben des Messer-Einspanners leicht
andrehen.
2 gut abgerichtete Hartholzleisten auf den Abnahmetisch befestigen.
Die Antriebswelle drehen um die Schneide des Messers in seine höchste
Position zu bringen (auf Markierung V des Gehäuses).
Indem der Messerhalter auf dem Schraubenkopf in der Lagerung aufliegt,das
Messer bis zum Anstoß der Leiste durch aufdrehen der Stellschraube bringen
(mit einem Allen Hex Key 6 - 3 mm) (55).
Messer und Halter mit dem Einspanner ausgleichen und blockieren.
6.7 To adjust the knives (54-54A)

Disconnect the machine from the power
Lift up the guard bridge and remove the planer fence.
Set the infeed worktable for a cut of 2mm.
Release the knife by screwing slightly the screws at the ends of the blade
holder.
Clamp 2 well planed planks of hard wood onto the outfeed worktable.

Turn the cutter block to bring the knife edge to the upper position (in line of
the marks V engraved on the machine basis).
With the support bar pressing down of the adjusting screw top (in the slot
base), unscrew the adjusting screw by using an Allen Hex Key 6 - 3 mm to
bring the knife up to the plank (55).
Level and lock the support bar and check again the knife setting.
D'origine la machine est équipée de fers réversibles et jetables. Lorsque les

fers ne sont plus affûtés, les inverser pour utiliser le deuxième côté tranchant.
6.8 Remplacement des fers (55-55A-55B)
Visser les vis du serre-lame (55A-1).
Retirer l'ensemble porte-fer (55A-2). Si besoin, démonter le serre-lame pour
son nettoyage.
Séparer le fer de son support pour son nettoyage (55A-3).
Positionner le fer sur les ergots du porte-fer en orientant le tranchant (55B-a)
et engager l'ensemble dans son logement (55B-b).
Egaliser avec le serre-lame (55B-c), puis bloquer en dévissant progres-
sivement les vis en commençant par l'extérieur, puis définitivement (maxi
15N/m). Les serres-lames et leur logement respectif sont repérés 1 , 2 , 3 :
veiller à conserver cet ordre.

6.8 Hobeleisen auswechseln (55-55A-55B)
Die Schrauben des Messer-Einspanners lösen (55A-1).
Hobeleisen mit Messerhalter heraus nehmen (55A-2). Bei Bedarf, den Messer-
einspanner zum reinigen heraus nehmen (55A-3).
Messer auf die Nuten des Halters setzen, dabei auf die Richtung der Schneide-
fläche achten (55B-a) und das gesamte Teil in die richtige Lagerung der
Antriebs-welle einsetzen (55B-b) : Markierung 1 , 2 , 3 auf Messer-Einspanner
und Welle beachten.Hobeleisen an den Einspanner genau anpassen (55B-c)
und klemmen : Schrauben nach und nach aufdrehen (mit den äußersten b
ginnen) (maxi 15N/m)

The machine is delivered with reversible throwaway knives.
Should the sharpness look bad, turn the knives to use the second sharp edge.
6.8 To replace the knives (55-55A-55B)
Tighten the screws of the blade holder (55A-1). Remove the support bar with
the knife (55A-2). If needed, take out the blade holder for cleaning.
Separate the knife from its support and clean each part (55A-3).
Place the knife on the pins of the support bar with the edge in the right direction
(55B-a) and insert the assembly into the seating level the knive with the blade
holder (55B-b). Level with the blade holder (55B-c), then lock by releasing
alternately the screws (the exterior screws first), finally lock the knife
(maxi 15N/m).The cutter blade holder and the corresponding seating are
55A
marked 1 , 2 , 3 : Respect this order.
