1 Rotary knob and stop plate
Set slicing width (0 to 15 mm).
2 Switch-on safety device
Press before switching on. Prevents the
appliance from being unintentionally
switched on.
3 ON button

4 Cheese button (only MAS95..)
Set lower speed, e.g. for slicing cheese.
5 Blade
6 Blade cover
7 Carriage
Guide the food which is to be sliced
against the blade.
8 Slide
Pos. 1 (slide on left)
= Lock the carriage in the end position
Pos. 2 (slide on right)
= Carriage movable
9 Base
Supports the carriage.
10 "Sausage end" holder
Cuts residual pieces safely.
11 Serving tray
Catch and serve sliced food.
12 Cord storage

Operation

Before using the appliance for the first time,
clean thoroughly.
Preparation
W Risk of electric shock!
Do not use the appliance near a sink filled
with water!
■ Place the appliance on a smooth, clean
surface.
■ Pull out the power cord.
MAS94..
Cord store:
Pull out cord to the required
length.
MAS95..
Automatic cord winder:
Pull out the cord in one go to
the required length
(max. 100 cm) and slowly
release; the cord is locked.
Reducing the cord length:
Pull gently on the cord and allow it to
wind up to the required length. Then
gently pull the cord again and slowly
release; the cord is locked.
Caution!
Do not twist the cord when inserting it. If
the appliance features an automatic cord
winder, do not insert the cord manually. If
the cord jams, pull out the cord all the way
and then allow it to wind up.
■ Attach carriage 7 and "sausage end"
holder 10.
■ Use the rotary knob 1 to set the required
cutting width (0 to 15 mm). In the lower
adjustment range a very narrow slicing
width can be set (e.g. for salami, ham).
■ If required, insert/pull out serving
tray 11.
■ Insert the plug.
