In Verbindung mit dem IR-Mini, Art. 8403, ermöglicht das
zugehörige Steuermodul, dass CarMotion-Fahrzeuge an
den Ampeln wechselseitig anhalten und wieder starten.
Zusätzlich lassen sich der InduktivCharger und weitere
CarMotion-Steuergeräte anschließen.
Die Ampelmasten lassen sich aus den Sockeln heraus-
nehmen, sodass sich die Ampeln wie normale Verkehrs-
ampeln montieren lassen. Verschiedene Ländervarianten
sind möglich.
Hinweis: Die Ländervarianten können entweder über eine
Digitalzentrale oder mithilfe des IR Mini, Art. 8403 konfiguriert
werden. Mit dem IR Mini lässt sich auch die Länge der Rot-,
Gelb- und Grünphasen einstellen. Nach der Konfiguration
ist die Einstellung in allen Betriebsarten, einschließlich des
Analogbetriebs, gültig.
Im Wechselbetrieb gibt es immer eine Hauptampel und eine
Gegenampel. Die Ampel, welche die Hauptampel darstellen
soll, verbinden Sie auf der Platinenseite mit dem blauen
Dreieck. Die Gegenampel entsprechend auf der Seite mit
dem schwarzen Kreis.
Hinweis: Die Elektronik ist auch in der Lage, die Ampel-
masten der Artikel 5094, 5095 und 5096 zu erkennen und
anzutreiben.

3. Einbau/Montage

Achtung:
Artikel enthält abbruchgefährdete Kleinteile, Ampel beim
Einstecken nur am unteren Teil des Mastes anfassen.
Montieren Sie die Ampel wie folgt:
1. Bohren Sie an der Montagestelle ein Loch mit einem
Durchmesser von 4 mm (Abb. 1).
2. Stecken Sie zuerst den Steckfuß mit den Anschluss-
kabeln durch die Bohrung (Abb. 2).
3. Stecken Sie den Mast der Ampel in den Steckfuß, wo-
durch dieser in der Bohrung festklemmt. Falls der Steckfuß
nicht genügend Halt findet, schieben Sie den Haltering von
unten auf den Steckfuß.
4. Lassen Sie beim Anschließen der Kabel unterhalb der
Ampel eine Schleife von ca. 2 – 3 cm Länge, damit Sie die
Ampel bei eventuellen Arbeiten aus der Montagebohrung
ziehen können.
Hinweis: Möchten Sie die Ampel als Baustellenampel ver-
wenden, so schieben Sie den Mast tiefer in den Steckfuß
und klipsen bei erreichter Höhe den Baustellensockel an
den Mast.

In conjunction with the IR Mini, item 8403, the associated
control module enables CarMotion vehicles to stop and start
again alternately at the traffic lights. In addition, the Induk-
tivCharger and other CarMotion control units can be con-
nected.
The traffic light masts can be removed from their bases so
that the traffic lights can be mounted like normal traffic lights.
Different country variants are possible.
Note: The country variants can be configured either via a
digital command station or using the IR Mini, item 8403. The
IR Mini can also be used to set the length of the red, amber
and green phases. Once configured, the setting is valid in all
operating modes, including analogue mode.
In alternating-traffic mode, there is always a main signal and
an opposing signal. Connect the light that is to function as
the main signal to the socket marked with the blue triangle.
Connect the opposing signal to the socket marked with the
black circle.
Note: The electronics can also detect and operate the signal
masts from items 5094, 5095, and 5096.
3. Mounting/Installation
Please note:
Item contains breakable parts. When inserting, touch the
traffic light only at the lower part of the mast.
Mount the traffic lights as described below:
1. Drill a 4 mm hole at the appropriate position on your layout
(see fig. 1).
2. First insert the base with the wire leads into the hole (see
fig. 2).
3. Insert the mast of the traffic lights into the base, which
causes the latter to be firmly fastened inside the hole. In case
the base does not sit firmly in the hole, slide the retaining ring
onto the base from below.
4. Make sure to leave a short loop (about 2 – 3 cm) below the
base to enable you to remove the mast from the base and
put is sideways on the layout, should this become necessary
for maintenance reasons.
Note: To use the traffic light as a construction-site signal,
insert the mast deeper into the mounting base and, once the
correct height is reached, clip the construction-site base onto
the mast.
