Information on the battery
The device is powered by two 1.5 V AA replaceable batteries.





High direct heat may damage the batteries. For this reason,
you should not place the device on heat sources (such as
radiators) or in direct sunlight.
The batteries cannot be recharged.
Batteries should only be removed in order to be changed,
otherwise the device cannot warn you of a serious incident.
To ensure a long lifespan and safe operation, we
recommend using the following high-quality batteries: "Gold
Peak Group GP15A" or "Energizer E91".
After replacing the batteries, you must always check that
the device is functioning correctly.
