Using the Body Analyser
STEP 1 :Position t hescale onaflat, level s urface. P ress o ntheplatform centre
withyour foot.
STEP 2 : Press t he[O] button. S elect u sernumber b ypressing
STEP 3 : The LCD display willshow thesaved dataforthatuser, f ollowed bya
zeroreading.
STEP 4 : Withbare feet,stepontotheglassplatform andstand still. Feet m ust
beincontact w iththemetal p adsontheplatform.
STEP 5 : The weight r eading willbefollowed bybodyfat percentage, totalbody
water percentage, BMI, b one mass, m uscle massandBMR.
NOTE: Forconsistency, always weighonthesamescaleplacedonthe
same floor surface.
Donotcompare w eightreadings fromonescale to another a ssome
differences w ill existdueto manufacturing t olerances. Placing thescale
onahard,even floorwillensure thegreatest a ccuracy a ndconsistency.
It is recommended that readings aretakenat thesame time
of day,preferably earlyevening andbeforeamealfor themost
consistent results.
Thescalerounds upor down to the nearest i ncrement. I f weightis
measured t wiceandthe readings differ byoneincrement, t heweight
lies betweenthe two readings.
