• Attach 4 angle bars to the suspension
plate with 8 M5 screws.
• Extend them to the desired height by
placing a second one on each angle
bar and fixing them with 4 M5 screws,
washers and nuts each.
Important: The overlap length must
be at least 100 mm.
• If your cooker hood is to be used in
exhaust mode, connect the exhaust
hose to the round hole in the suspen-
sion plate.
• Slide the upper shaft section onto the
angle bars and fix it to the suspension
plate with the 4 self-tapping screws.
• Also slide on the lower shaft part
until its lower edge sits just below
that of the upper shaft part
and fix it with a hook.
Note: When doing so, be careful
not to damage the cable.
• To prevent air leakage in exhaust air
mode (i.e. backflow of outside air),
install the supplied backflow flaps on
the top of the bonnet in the air outlet.
Note: This step is not necessary for re-
circulation mode or if there is already
a backflow flap in the exhaust air duct
of your kitchen.
