6. Connect the low pressure
gas pipe to the outlet of the
reducer and control if all
components of the gas pipe
are connected safely.
7. Open the gas cylinder valve
and control the indicated
inlet pressure on the high
pressure gauge.
8. Open the shut off valve (if
existing).
9. Adjust the requested working
pressure with the adjusting
screw (turn clockwise) and
test the working pressure
gas pipe for leaks.
Adjusting pressure/increasing
pressure
10. Turn the adjusting screw
clockwise until the requested
pressure.
11. To change from a higher
pressure e.g. 2 bar to 1.5
bar one has to reduce the
pressure to 1 bar first.
Then adjust the requested
pressure of 1.5 bar.
The reducer is ready for use.

How to remove the
regulator and change the
gas cylinder
1. Close the dispense head.
2. Close the valve of the gas
cylinder.
3. Set the regulating pressure
to 0 (zero) by turning
the adjusting screw and
close the shut off valve (if
existing).
4. Take the regulator off by
unscrewing the connection
nut from the gas cylinder and
place the regulator in a safe
place. (With gas pressure
inside, there is a possibility
of a small gas escape).
5. Change the gas cylinder.
Undo the cylinder safety
chain, replace the empty
cylinder by a full one, and
secure with the safety chain.
6. Clean out dust on the gas
outlet of the gas cylinder
(see point 2 in section
"Instruction How to Mount the
Regulator").
7. Check the sealing
(see point 3 in section
"Instruction How to Mount the
.
Regulator")
8. Set up the regulator to the
gas cylinder
(see point 4 in section
"Instruction How to Mount the
Regulator").
