Application
In order to use the gas from
the gas cylinder you have to
reduce the high pressure in the
cylinder (up to about 230 bar)
to the pressure recommended
(working pressure).
This Premium Plus 100 model
regulator is only available as a
primary regulator.
Safety precautions -
Warning!
Please read the instructions
carefully before you start using
the regulator.
Warning: When working with
pressurised equipment or
equipment used for gases,
please always follow the safety
regulations to avoid damage to
persons or materials.
• Always keep workplace and
equipment clean.
• Only use equipment
designed for the purpose.
• Check equipment regularly
for leaks, and do not use
unauthorized tools or
articles not designed for use
with the regulator.
• Carefully handle and do not
drop the regulator. In case

you drop it or it falls down,
please check gas leaking. In
case of damage, stop use
and request for repair and
check up.
• Prevent foreign particles or
dust from getting into the
regulator.
• Be aware of icing (ice
formation and freezing
caused by drop in
temperature of the carbon
dioxide gas) that will cause
damage of equipment and
frostbite.
• Do not disassemble or
convert.
• Place the equipment in
environments away from
water, salt, acid, etc. in order
to avoid corrosion.
• Do not put anything on the
regulator.
• If safety relief valve operates,
stop use and request for
repair and check up.
• Always deliver the
equipment to your supplier
in case of working faults
or damage. Trained staff,
only, must make repairs or
replacements.
• Please note that certain
gases (for instance CO
can in high concentration
have a suffocating effect. If
