2.15.2. Marking on Rating Plate
The rating plates have the following markings:

3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
In general the GCE "General Purchase and Supply Conditions" will apply. These have been
available to the owner since conclusion of the contract at the latest. Claims arising from warranty
or liability are excluded in the case of personal injury or material damage if these are the result
of one or more of the following causes:

Improper use of the pressure unit / Usage against "Intended Use"
•
Faulty installation, startup, operation or maintenance of the pressure unit.
•
Operation of the pressure unit while safety equipment is defective or if safety and protective
devices are not fitted or not operative.
•
Non-compliance with the information in the operating instructions: Storage, installation,
startup, operation, maintenance and preparation of the pressure unit.
•
Independent structural modifications to the pressure unit.
•
The permissible supply pressures have been exceeded or outside or non-genuine seals have
been used.
•
Deficient monitoring of accessories, threaded parts and sealing parts subject to wear.
•
Repairs not carried out properly.
•
The temperature range given in the specification sheet has been exceeded or not reached
During operation or during storage.
•
Disasters caused by the action of foreign bodies and force majeure.
