The recommended rotational speed for CACC (DDS-W) diamond drills with a diame-
ter of 68 to 82 mm is 900 to 1,300 rpm. The power of the equipment should be in the range
of 0.8 to 1.5 kW. Failure comply with these requirements can affect performance of the drill!
To avoid CCAC (DDS-W) drill damage during equipment transportation, remove it
and transport separately. Always transport CCAC (DDS-W) drills with care and avoid external
effects.
SHARPENING:
In case of degradation of the drill's cutting ability (diamond cutting edge scuffing),
sharpen the diamond grains on the working edge of the segments. To do this, bore several
holes in any abrasive material, such as masonry.
The frequency of re-sharpening of the diamond layer depends on the hardness and
the degree of machinability of the material.
WARRANTY:
Claims for quality of purchased diamond tools must be made on the basis of the
completed Claim Report in the established form and availability of the reclamation product.
Consideration of the claim is implemented:
a) if the manufacturer's recommendations for the operations of the tools have not
been violated;
b) if the wear of the diamond layer does not exceed 1/3 of its initial height.
The manufacturer does not provide warranty against defects of tool performance if
the buyer has independently changed the design of the tool (boring out of the mounting bore,
drilling of additional mounting holes for the flange etc.).
The segmented diamond drills have a segmented diamond-bearing layer on a metal
base.
The diamondiferous layer is attached to a steel body and does not contain harmful
substances.
