Position
Die Servomotoren sind so konstruiert, dass sie in allen Einbaulagen betrieben werden können, da sie über
geschlossene Lager auf der Kupplungsseite verfügen.
Position
The servo motors are built so as to cater for any fitting position because of featuring a locked bearing on the
coupling side.
Montage
Der Korrekte Anbau stellt die einwandfreie Funktion des Motors sicher. Der Motor darf keinen Schlägen
ausgesetzt werden, da diese die Lager und die Welle beschädigen könnten. Die Kupplung muss sorgfältig
ausgerichtet werden, um starke Vibrationen, ungewollte Bewegungen und starke mechanische Belastungen
des Systems zu vermeiden. Wenn der Motor in einem Ölbad montiert werden soll, muss vorher unbedingt
der Öldichtring angebracht werden. Überprüfen sie vor der Montage des Motors im System nochmals, ob die
radiale Belastung den Werten in der Tabelle entspricht.
Coupling
Good coupling ensures correct motor operation. It is important therefore not to hit the motor as this could
damage the bearings and the shaft. Coupling shall be well aligned to prevent any strong vibrations, irregular
movements and excessive mechanical stress on the system. If the motor has to be fitted in oil bath, make
sure the oil retainer ring has been fitted. Before coupling the motor to the system, make sure the radial load
conforms with the values shown on the table.
