Models with unassembled front Wheel and/or Fender:
A
1 . Position Fender
(some models) .
• Install Four Screws
evenly and securely .
2 . Remove Axle Shoulder Screws
installed in Wheel/Fork .
3 . Position Spacers
included) .
4 . Place Front Wheel/Spacers
Fork so that axle holes line up .
• TIP: Put Allen wrench
spacers and wheel to line up assembly
- then push Allen out by inserting long
Shoulder Screw
5 . Install Shoulder Screws
securely - 7 ft-lb (9 .5 N•m) .
6 . Make sure Wheel spins freely without
binding up .
