Disposal

Once your walking frame is no longer used and should be disposed of, please contact
a specialist dealer. If you want to take care of the disposal yourself, ask the local waste
disposal company for the relevant regulations in your region.

Warranty

In the scope of our general terms and conditions we offer a 2-year warranty for the
faultless condition and functioning of this product. As a precondition for a smooth
warranty processing you must send us the sales receipt together with the device. Our
warranty services cover all defects of this product that can be verifiably attributed to
material or manufacturing defects.
Damages that have been caused by improper operation or use are expressly excluded
from the warranty and product liability claims. The same applies to the exchange or re-
placement of original components with third-party or duplicate parts, as well as the use
of unsuitable cleaning agents, lubricants or greases. Non-compliance with the operating
instructions attached to this product, improperly or not at all done servicing, as well as
modifications and additions to this product made without our written consent shall result
in the invalidity of all potential warranty and product liability claims.
