(GB) Check that the tow hook is clean and in good condition.
Some manufacturers of tow hooks protect their tow hook with paint: its thickness could affect the mounting of the bike carrier, in this case
remove it. For any mounting problems contact the Green Valley distributor.

(ES) Limpie el enganche antes de cada uso.
Comprobar que la bola de enganche esté libre de polvo o aceite y que esté en buen estado.
Algunos fabricantes protegen sus bolas de enganche con un revestimiento de pintura.
Si el portabicicletas no se monta correctamente, cancelar la operación y ponerse en contacto con un detallista Green Valley.

Alcuni produttori di gancio traino proteggono il loro gancio di traino con della vernice, il suo spessore potrebbe compromettere il montaggio,
nel caso eliminarla. In caso di problemi di montaggio, contattare il distributore Green Valley.
