E02 - AC Output Off
This error indicates that the AC output has been turned off. To resolve the issue, ensure the
connected device is operating within the rated power range. Once verified, press the AC
button to restart the product. If the connected device requires more power than the product
can provide, consider contacting customer service for further assistance or using an
alternative device with a lower power requirement.
E04/E05/E06/E09 - Output Overload Protection
These error codes signify that the product's output has exceeded its rated power capacity.
When any of these warnings are displayed, disconnect the devices causing the overload and
ensure future connections stay within the rated power range. After adjusting the load, press
the corresponding button to restart the device.
E07 - DC Output Overload Protection
This code appears when the DC output surpasses its allowable power range. Disconnect the
connected device(s) and ensure the DC power load remains within the rated capacity. Once
adjusted, press the On/Off button to restore functionality.
Important Note
If a warning persists even after performing the recommended steps and restarting the
product, discontinue its use immediately. Do not attempt to charge or discharge the product
further, as this may lead to damage or safety hazards. Instead, contact the customer service
team for professional guidance and support.
