Possible Cause
a. Electrical cord for oven is not
plugged in.
b. Door is open.
c. Wrong operation is set.
a. Wrong materials used in
the microwave.
b. The oven is operated while
empty.
c. Spilled food remains in the
oven interior.

b. Cooking time and power level
are not suitable.
c. Food is not flipped or stirred.

Solution
a. Plug into a three-prong
socket.
