Status of the indicator light:
The lamp model is on when powered and off when
powered off, so that the circuit state can be intuitively judged.
Maintenance suggestions:
1.Clean the switch surface and contact every 3-6 months to avoid dust
accumulation affecting conductivity.
2.Check whether the terminal wiring is loose and tighten it in time.
3. The switch does not operate: Check whether the spring is deformed and the
plastic bracket is aging. Replace the components if necessary.
4. The indicator light does not illuminate: Check whether the wiring is correct
and whether the indicator light is damaged. If it is a neon lamp, ensure that the
voltage is greater than or equal to 60V.
5.Open the air switch: Check whether the insulation layer of the zero line is
damaged and whether the indicator pin is short circuit.
WARNING:
1.Be sure to cut off the power supply before installation or maintenance to avoid
the risk of electric shock.
2.When wiring, strictly distinguish the live wire (L), neutral wire (N) and ground wire
(PE), and do not connect the neutral and ground wire incorrectly.
3.Working temperature: 0℃ to 125℃, avoid long-term use in high temperature or
cold environment.
4.Ordinary models do not have waterproof function and should be used in dry
environment; waterproof models (such as KCD4 waterproof type) can work in
humid environment, but the specific waterproof level (such as IP67) should be
confirmed.
5.It is strictly prohibited to use the rated voltage and current, otherwise it may
cause the switch to burn out.
6.Sensitive loads (such as motors) should be used with surge suppressors to
extend the life of switches.
7.Ensure that the installation hole size is accurate to avoid switch jamming due to
panel deformation.
8.Do not over-tighten the screw to prevent the shell from cracking.
9.Do not disassemble the switch by yourself, so as not to damage the internal
structure or cause safety accidents.
