4 Instandhaltung
Warnung
Beim Betrieb elektrischer Schaltgeräte und Schalt-
anlagen stehen zwangsläufig bestimmte Teile
dieser Anlagen unter gefährlicher elektrischer
Spannung und es können sich mechanische Teile,
auch ferngesteuert, schnell bewegen.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen
und Warnhinweise können schwere Körperverlet-
zungen und Sachschäden auftreten.
Bevor am feststehenden Teil der Niederspan-
nungs-Schaltanlage gearbeitet wird, die Anlage
freischalten (auch Hilfsspannung), gegen Wie-
dereinschalten sichern, die Spannungsfreiheit
feststellen, erden und kurzschließen. Alle Vor-
schriften und betrieblichen Sicherheitsanforde-
rungen beachten!
Die Instandhaltung ist nach der Betriebsanleitung 8PQ9800-1AA46,
Kapitel 2 durchzuführen. Zusätzlich sind die folgenden Hinweise zu
beachten.
Für die eingebauten Geräte sind die Vorgaben nach Hersteller-
Betriebsanleitung maßgebend und entsprechend zu beachten.
4.1 Inspektion
Die Inspektion ist nach der Betriebsanleitung 8PQ9800-1AA46,
Kapitel 2.3 durchzuführen. Folgende Kontrollen sind zusätzlich
durchzuführen, wobei der Einschub aus dem Feld genommen und in
eine Absetzstellung gebracht werden muss:
Sichtkontrolle des Einschubkontakte
Sichtkontrolle und Funktionstest der Einschubmechanik
Sichtkontrolle eventuell vorhandener Shutter
4.2 Wartung
Die Wartung ist nach der Betriebsanleitung 8PQ9800-1AA46, Kapitel
2.4 durchzuführen. Vorhandener Staub und Schmutz sind zu entfer-
nen.
4.2.1 Reinigen
Bitte die Hinweise in Betriebsanleitung 8PQ9800-1AA46 Abschnitt
2.4 beachten.
Die Haupttrennkontakte der Einschübe mit ARAL 4005 oder HAKU
1025/920 (kohlenwasserstoffhaltig) und weichem Lappen reinigen.
Beim Normaleinschub sind die Trennkontakte etwas herauszufahren.
Dabei bitte beachten, dass sich die zwei Rasthebel links und rechts
vorn in der untersten Position befinden (siehe Bilder Abschnitt 4.2.2).

4 Care
Warning
During operation of electrical equipment and switch-
gear, certain parts are live and dangerous voltages
therefore present. Mechanical parts can move very
fast, even if remote-controlled.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and warn-
ings can result in severe personal injury or property
damage.
Before working on the fixed part of the low-voltage
switchgear, isolate the switchgear (including auxiliary
voltage), ensure it does not switch on again, verify
that it is free of voltage, and earth and short-circuit it.
Comply with all regulations and relevant safety rules!
The maintenance has to be carried out according to the operating
instructions 8PQ9800-1AA46, section 2. Additionally the following
notes have to be observed.
Please observe the manufacturer's operating instructions for the
installed equipment.
4.1 Inspection
The inspection has to be carried out according to the operating
instruction 8PQ9800-1AA46, section 2.3. Additionally the following
checks have to be carried. Withdrawable units must be removed from
the cubicle (removed position):
Visual inspection of the contacts of the witdrawable unit
Visual inspection and functional test of the mechanism of the
withdrawable unit
Visual inspection of available shutters

4.2 Preventive maintenance

The maintenance has to be carried out according to the operating
instructions 8PQ9800-1AA46, section 2.4. Any dust and dirt have to
be removed.
4.2.1 Cleaning
Please observe the hints in Operating instructions 8PQ9800-1AA46,
section 2.4.
Clean main isolating contacts of the withdrawable units with ARAL
4005 or HAKU 1025/920 (contains hydrocarbons) and a soft cloth.
The main contacts have to be driven out at the normal withdrawable
unit a little. Please observe the two levers at the left and right hand
side in front must be at lowest position thereby (see pictures section
4.2.2).
