If one of the earphone not work or fail to pair,
please reset it:
Simultaneously press and hold the touch area and
button for 5 seconds.
The indicator light will turn off and then flash red and
white, that indicating the reset was successful.
Press and hold the "+ / power" button for
Hold
2 second, then skip to the next song.
Tap the "+ / power" button to increase the
volume when playing.
Tap touch area to answer the call .
Press and hold the touch area
to reject the call.
Hold
press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds
to cancel the outgoing call.
Hold press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds
to wake up voice assistant.
11.0 Charging
Please use the charging dable provided in the box to
charge the earphones,align the pins on the charging
cable with the charging port of the earphone.
They will magnetically attract together and begine to
charge. The red light turning on indicates the earphone
is in charging and the red light turning off indicates
charging is complete.
12.0 TOZOAPP
Download the TOZO App for Ul customization,
EQ settings and more.
• Ul customization:
for 2 seconds
in the App.
• EQ settings: There're lots of EQ settings you can choose
in the Appto optimize your experience while enjoying
different music genres.
• Earbuds firmware update: The earbuds firmware can be
updatedin the App. You will be informed once the new
version of firmware is detected when you connect the
earphone with the App.
