SOLUTION
Check the socket with
another appliance.
Ensure the power cord
is properly connected.
Check the circuit brea-
kers in your home.
Contact customer
support.
Let the appliance cool
down for 15 minutes.
Restart the kettle. If the
problem persists, con-
tact service support.
Descale the kettle.
Check the power cord.
Unplug other devices
from the same socket.
Close the lid securely
so it locks into place.
