Warning: The Device
Do not use the device if you notice or suspect a defect or damage.

The products are intended for household and indoor use only.
The device is not intended for use by children under 12 years of age or persons whose physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge prevents them from using
the appliance safely without supervision or instruction. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
Always use your device in an upright position and place on a level, stable
and water-resistant surface.
Do not move the device while carbonatization is in process.
Warning: The Bottle
Never wash the water bottle in the dishwasher.
Never activate carbonization if the water bottle is damaged,

Never detach the water bottle during carbonization.
Do not use water bottles from other brands.
Do not use the water bottle after its expiry date.
Never place the water bottle in the freezer or leave in hot water.

Never transport the device with a full water bottle attached.
Warning: CO2 Bottle
Before screwing in the CO2 bottle, check that the one-push button is not pushed.
Use only compatible CO2 bottles. We strongly recommend using CO2 bottles by GROHE as
they enable the CO2 Level Display to give precise readings, allowing for greater transparency
over CO2 use and less CO2 waste.
CO2 bottle contents are under pressure.
Inspect the CO2 bottle before use. If the CO2 bottle or the valve attached to it are damaged, do

Do not subject the CO2 bottle to sudden shocks or changes in temperature.
Do not transport the device with the CO2 bottle installed. Always store CO2 bottles in a cool, dry
place. Exposure to heat can cause excess pressure to build up.
Do not touch or remove the CO2 bottle if CO2 is being released; wait until all the CO2 is dischar-
ged and the CO2 bottle has come to room temperature. In the event of a leak, ventilate the house
or apartment well. If you feel unwell, contact your doctor.
Exposure to CO2 gas can cause skin to freeze.
Do not use for babies' food preparation.
Do not use a CO2 bottle that has past its expiry date.
Food safety hazard: Use only food / beverage grade CO2 bottles.
Grohe Warranty
The device is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Defects caused by carbonizing liquids other than water.
• Wear and tear under normal consumer use (e.g. discoloration).
• Defects and damage resulting from the use of a damaged water bottle, a water bottle after its
expiry date or a water bottle from other brands.
• Defects and damage resulting from the use of a CO2 bottle after its expiry date.
• Defects due to the use of CO2 bottles sold by unauthorized dealers.
