Please Note:
If machine does not start, make sure the
blender jug is properly locked into place.
Only use the stirrer when the lid is on and

without the lid, you run the risk of damaging

Problems
Motor doesn't start or blades don't rotate.
Noise level increases (other than normal
increase with power level).
Ingredients are unevenly chopped.
Food is chopped too fine or is too watery.
The ingredients collect on the lid or sides of
the blender jug.

Possible Causes and Solutions
Make sure the appliance is plugged into a
working electrical outlet. Be sure the blender
pitcher is firmly locked into the base.
Make sure the blade assembly is tightened
securely into the blender jug and that the
blender jug is firmly locked into the base.
Uneven ingredient size or the blender jug is too
full. Cut the ingredients into smaller, even-sized
pieces or blend in smaller batches.
The ingredients have been over-processed. Use
the pulse mode for shorter, more controlled
processing.
The mixture is too thick. Add more liquid. Use
the stirrer to move the ingredients around in
the blender jug.
