Add ingredients to the blender jug. Always start
with softer ingredients (for example, bananas,
strawberries). Firmer ingredients (for example,
root vegetables, ice) should be placed on top.
By doing so, blending becomes quicker and
easier.

If an ingredient becomes stuck in the blades,
briefly press the pulse button in order to
dislodge it.
Note: Remember that ice or frozen food lead to
a thicker consistency – adding water will make
the mix more liquid.

Allow the blender to come to a full stop before
removing the blender jug.

We recommend that you always clean the
blender jug immediately after use with warm
water and – if necessary – a small amount of
dishwashing detergent.

Operating the Control Knob
Pulse Operation
For blending in short, powerful bursts, simply
press and quickly release the pulse button. For
continuous blending, press and hold down the
pulse button. Remember that the blender op-
erates at full speed when the pulse button is
held down.
Stop
To immediately stop the machine, just quickly
push the control knob once.

Blending
To begin blending, turn the knob to the right to
increase power and speed. Continue turning it
until you reach the desired speed.
Turn the control knob to the left (counter-clock-
wise) to decrease the speed or to stop.
