Before First Use
Remove all protective packing materials
from the appliance.
Make sure the blade assembly is tight and
properly locked in place (see assembly in-
structions on the following page).
Clean the blender before first use with warm
water and a small amount of dishwashing de-
tergent.
Test the appliance by running it at half
speed for roughly thirty seconds.
Your KomoMix is now ready for use.
Operating the KomoMix
Make sure the blender is unplugged
from the power source.

Make sure the blade assembly is sitting
properly in place: turn the blender jug upside
down and tighten the blade assembly with the
blade wrench..
Note: The blade wrench is located in the under-
side of the lid. The slots of the blade wrench fit
into the tabs of the blade assembly, allowing it
to be tightened.

Unwind the cord from the cord storage and plug
the appliance into the power source. The light
above the knob blinks once when the KomoMix
is plugged in.

Operation

Place the blender jug down into the base (a)
and turn it counter-clockwise to lock it into
place (b).
Note: The blender jug must be firmly screwed
into place for the motor to run.

Make sure the lid is on and firmly in place
before turning on the appliance.
