• 3 to 3.5 bar is the most suitable spray air pressure, but it can vary depending on the viscosity, type and processing condition of the paint.
• Rinse the spray gun with thinners before the first application to ensure optimal paint application.
During use
• For optimal spray results, the paint delivery quantity can be infinitely regulated. To do this, use the color adjustment screw at the rear
end of the spray gun.
• For optimal spraying results, the distance to the workpiece should be neither too far nor too close. For most applications, we recommend
a working distance of 15 to 20 cm.
• Circular movements during application are not recommended.
After use
1. Soak the entire gun body in a clean solvent and clean it well.
2. The air cap and liquid nozzle must be dismantled, first soaked in a solvent and then washed with a brush or similar.
3. It is essential to ensure that the air caps and the center hole of the liquid nozzle are not damaged.
4. The cleaning of the paint channel must be done in such a way that a small amount of solvent is sprayed, as if the gun were being used
for the actual spraying job.
5. Attach the needle seal screw by pulling the trigger and adjusting the screw so that it is not over-tightened.
