To speed up m ixing and use less solut ion, use t he degas funct ion. Press t he Tim e but t on [ 1 0 ] t o
set t he t im er t o 10 m inut es t hen press t he funct ion but t on [ 3 ] ; t he heat er indicat or [ 6 ]
illum inat es. Press t he On/ Off but t on [ 2 ] t o st art degassing. The VTUSC6 ret urns t o norm al
cleaning aut om at ically aft er 2 m inut es.
When debris " sm oke" is no longer visible, cleaning is done. I f addit ional cleaning is needed, reset
t he t im er and repeat t he st eps above.
5. When cleaning is com plet ed, swit ch off t he VTUSC6 [ I ] , unplug t he power cord [ L] , open t he lid
[ A] and ret rieve t he basket [ M ] and t he it em s. Rinse and dry t he it em s.
Connect t he hose [ K] t o t he drainage pipe [ H ] . Open t he drainage valve [ G] t o drain t he dirt y
wat er. Clean and wipe t he t ank dry. D o n ot use abrasive or corrosive solut ions. Close t he
drainage valve [ G] .

Even t hough t he unit is designed wit h m ult iple prot ect ions, if it is t urned on for over 15 seconds
wit hout wat er in t he t ank, it m ay dam age t he unit or severely reduce t he life of t he unit .

The unit is designed wit h overheat prot ect ion. I f t he unit has been running for 45 m inut es, it is
recom m ended t o st op t he unit for about 20 m inut es t o prolong t he life of t he unit .
3 . D o n ot k e e p w a t e r in t h e cle a n in g t a n k for a lon g t im e .
Rem ove t he wat er from t he t ank aft er each use t o prevent t he t ank from corroding. Clean and
wipe t he t ank dry.
4 . D o n ot spr a y w a t e r ove r t h e hou sin g.
Use a t owel t o wipe t he t ank and t he housing dry.
5 . D o n ot e x pose t he u nit u n de r dir e ct su n sh in e for a lon g t im e .
Keep t he unit in a dry, cool and vent ilat ed place.
