Customization Options
Roller Sponge may be preferred when testing over a large
surface area. Attach the roller sponge to the base tube and
PosiTest LPD.
1. Remove the rectangular sponge from the base tube (if
connected) by rotating it counterclockwise.
2. Attach the roller sponge to the base tube by rotating it
clockwise until tight.
3. Connect the base tube to the PosiTest LPD.

PosiTest LPD Cabled Wand converts the PosiTest LPD into a
cabled wand-style unit for measuring hard-to-reach areas.
1. Assemble the PosiTest LPD Cabled Wand by screwing the
sponge hardware to the Wand handle.
2. Plug the Hot Wire into the Cabled Wand jack and into the
Threaded Electrode Connector/Insulating Collar
3. Attach the Ground (Earth) Wire to the Ground Wire jack on the
PosiTest LPD and connect the wire clip to an uncoated point
of the part being tested.
