To adjust the height of the seat locate the knobs on either side of the bench and turn them. If this adjustment
becomes hard to operate lubricate the long screw on the bottom side of the bench with a spray lubricant s uchasWD400.
Pour ajuster Ia hauteur du siege, repérez Ies boutons de chaque cöté du banc et tournez-les. Si ce réglage devient difficile å utiliser,
lubrifiez Ia longue vis sur Ie cöté inférieur du banc avec un lubrifiant å pulvériser tel que WD40@.
Per regolare I'altezza del sedile, individuare Ie manopole su entrambi i lati della panca e ruotarle. Se questa regolazione diventa
difficile da operare, lubrificare Ia vite lunga sul lato inferiore del banco con un lubrificante spray come WD40@.
Um die gewünschte Höhe des Hockers zu ändern, betätigen Sie bitte die Drehgriffe, die an beiden Enden des Hockers angebracht
Sind. Falls diese nur mit Schwierigkeiten zu betätigen Sind, fetten Sie bitte die lange Schraube unter dem Hocker mit einem
Schmierspray ein, zum Beispiel WD40
