Common Troubleshooting

1 Power-on with no response.
2 The battery is easily exhausted
after full charging.
3 Cannot contact with group members.
Hear other voice (not from the
4 same group) in the channel.
5 Short communication distance.
Troubleshooting
• Battery life exhausted, please replace battery or charge.
• Battery not installed correctly, please remove and reload.
• Battery pack life is ending, please replace it.
• Communication distance out of effective range.
• Different frequency or CTCSS/DCS/DTMF signals are
used, please reset it.
• Please change CTCSS/DCS/DTMF signal.
• Meanwhile reset CTCSS/DCS/DTMF signal for all the
group members.
• Please check whether antenna is well connected.
• Please check whether the antenna is original.
• Please check whether battery voltage is normal.
• Adjust squelch level.
