Can't power on and No response in operation
1. Please connect the charger to charge the device, and check whether the problem is solved after 2 hours of
charging;
2. Please check whether the charger and the connection line are normal;
3. Press the reset button to restore the device to factory settings, and then check whether the problem is solved;
4. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact after-sales personnel to return to the factory for repair.

Time cannot be synchronized
Please use the stand-alone software "HD Law Enforcement Recorder V1.0" to synchronize the time of the
device. If the time cannot be changed, please contact the after-sales service to solve the problem through the
remote network.

Since this device uses a relay to control the infrared filter lens, when the device is hit or dropped during
transportation or use, the infrared filter lens may be jammed, and the magnetic force generated after the relay is
energized cannot be reset. At this time, please repeatedly press the infrared switch to restore the relay's control
of the infrared filter lens. If it still does not work, please turn off the device and turn it upside down, and knock on
the soft surface (chair armrest, mouse pad, etc.) Click and check whether it is normal after starting the machine.
If it does not return to normal, please contact after-sales service to return to the factory for repair.
