EXTERNAL
SENSOR SETUP
This weather station is set up to communicate with three external sensors. One of these is supplied with the appliance,the
remainingtwo are optional.
1 Powertheweatherstationas describedin theparagraph "POWERING ONWEATHER S TATION"
2 Insertthe batteries intheexternal s ensor, p lacetheselector(22) onthedesired transmissionchannel ( I, 2 or 3). Thedata
will be automatically transmitted to the weather station
3. PresstheCH (E) buttonrepeatedly to selectthe channelset onthe external s ensor.In sequence, c hannel1, channel2,
channel3 or the sequential d isplayof the 3 channels(rotatingarrow icon) is selected.If the signalis not received, t he
character
is shown on the display.
Notel: in caseof lackofcommunication betweentheweather stationandtheexternal s ensorit is necessary topresstheCH
(E)button for a long time until the signal reception icon appears on the display from the externalsensor. It is then necessary
to wait a few minutes for the connection to be made. Alternatively,it is necessary to repeat steps 1 to 3 described above.
Note2:Placethe weatherstationat least 1meterawayfrom devicesthatgenerate magneticfieldssuch as mobilephones,
televisions
etc .
