The British contribution to the air campaign in the
Gulf Crisis was the deployment of the Royal Air
Forces Tornado. The
sophisticated laser guided bombs and targeting
systems. It successfully destroyed or disabled
many bridges and roadways used by enemy forces
during the "Desert Storm" operation.
Your model depicts the interdictor strike version
that is designed as tactical attack aircraft. This ver-
Sion is equipped with low-level terrain-following
radar that enables the Tornado to successfully pen-
etrate enemy defenses in all types of weather con-
ditions. The Tornado is equipped with two internal
27 mm Mauser Cannons, and can carry up to
18,000 pounds of munitions on external pylons.

• Each plastic part is identified by a number.
• Checkthe fit Ofeachpiecebeforecementing
in place.
• DO not use too much Cementto join parts.
• use only cement for polystyrene plastic.
• %del may be painted to match photos on box.
• Allow paint to dry thoroughly before handling parts
• Scrape paint from areas to be cemented.
• For better paint and decal adhesion. wash the
plastic parts in a mild detergent solution. Rinse
and let air dry.

• Bemalte Teile vor der Weiterverwendung
trocknen lassen.
• Die Farbe muss von allen spåteren Klebestellen

• Damit die Farbe und die Abziehbilder
kleben. sind die Plastikteile in einer milden
Seitenlauge zu waschen. Dann abspülen und
an der Luft trocknen lassen.
