Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Einsatzzweck: Adjustage zu Anschlagseilen, zum Anschlagen und Heben bzw. Transportieren Lasten. Belastung: Angaben zur maximalen Tragfähigkeit entnehmen sie bitte dem Katalog bzw. der pewag Website. Alle Komponenten und Zubehörteile müssen sich frei bewegen und in Belastungsrichtung ausrichten können. -

Seite 5: Sicherheitsvorkehrungen Vor Der Montage
Montage Schutzhandschuhe, Schutzbrille und Unfallschuhe zu verwenden. Nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungen sind nach der Montage ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen um Verletzungen durch z.B. stolpern zu vermeiden. Für die Montage von pewag Anschlagkomponenten werden keine speziellen Werkzeuge benötigt. Im Wesentlichen sind Schraubstock, Hammer, Durchschläger ausreichend. Diese müssen in einem einwandfreien Gebrauchszustand vorliegen. -

zu prüfen. Farbe ist nur soweit zulässig als eine Bewertung des Zustandes möglich ist. Ausgeschlossen sind bei der Reinigung Verfahren, die Werkstoffversprödung (z. B. Beizen), Überhitzung (z. B. Abbrennen), Werkstoffabtragung (z. B. Strahlen), etc. verursachen. Es dürfen dabei keine Risse oder andere Mängel verdeckt werden. Vor jedem Gebrauch sind sie durch den Anwender auf offensichtliche Fehler zu prüfen. -

Für die Reparatur dürfen nur original pewag Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Lagerung pewag winner G10 Anschlagkomponenten sollten gereinigt, getrocknet und gegen Korrosion geschützt, z. B. leicht eingeölt gelagert werden. I. Lifting General The lifting components described in this original operating manual are intended for the assembly of pewag winner inox lifting chains in grade 10 and thus suitable for the lifting and transporting of loads, provided that the instructions of this operating manual and all the national regulations are complied with. -

Edge-loading not permitted Note: The table refers exclusively to pewag lifting gear. Different restrictions of use apply to sling ropes and thimbles. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer of steel wire ropes or thimbles. Use in case of temperatures below -40°C and above 380°C is prohibited! -
Seite 19: Remaining Risks
Packaging that is no longer needed must be disposed of properly after assembly to avoid injuries, e.g. by tripping. No special tools are required for the assembly of pewag lifting components. Essentially, a vise, hammer and punch are sufficient. These must be in perfect working order. Assembled lifting systems or components that are not required must be packed for protection so that they are not damaged during storage or transport. - Seite 20 that cause embrittlement of the material (e.g. pickling), overheating (e.g. flame-cleaning), abrasion (e.g. blasting) are not permitted. Cracks or other defects must not be covered up during cleaning. Check for visible damage prior to each use. Components must be inspected by a competent person at least annually. Depending on the condition of use, shorter inspection intervals may be required, for instance if components are frequently used at the maximum working load limit or in conditions that entail restrictions on use.
