Function
The Corner-Flow 200 and 400 Filter are internal filters
for coldwater and tropical aquariums. The filters are
specially designed for the SuperFish QubiQ and Quadro
aquariums, but can also be used in other aquariums
with a maximum glass thickness of 6 and 8 mm,
respectively. The easily removable filter compartment
contains a replaceable sponge with Crystal Clear media.
Installation
Rinse the filter, all parts and the filter
compartment with clean tap water.
Press both lugs on the side of the filter to remove

the filter compartment.
After rinsing, replace the filter compartment and
attach the spray bar.
Hang the filter in the corner of the aquarium
Make sure the water level in the aquarium is up to
B
the top of the spray bar.
Turn on the filter by plugging in the power cord.
The water flow can be regulated with the small
lever at the front of the filter.
The filter has a space at the back for an optional
C
aquarium heater.
The SuperFish Eco Heater 50W and Pro Heater 50W
fit perfectly in the Corner-Flow 200 and the Eco
Heater 100W and Pro-Heater 100W in the Corner-
Flow 400.
Remove the round lid from the top of the filter and
insert the heater into the filter.
Break out the cut-out from the lid, which serves as
a cable entry, and replace the lid.
If the heater is too long for the filter, remove the
cap at the bottom of the filter.
Maintenance
Remove the plug from the socket before carrying
out maintenance!
Replace the filter sponge monthly. The sponge
contains Crystal Clear filter media which binds and
absorbs colour, toxins and contaminants from the
water. After about a month, this is completely
saturated and no longer works.
NOTICE! NEVER replace the sponge at the same
time as changing the water or cleaning the
aquarium, to avoid disturbing the biological
balance too much.
NOTICE! Always remove the filter sponge before
adding medication or water treatments to the
water, as the Crystal Clear filter media will absorb
them, rendering them useless.
Remove the filter from the aquarium, remove the

filter compartment from the filter and remove the
sponge.
Rinse the filter and all parts clean with tap water.
Rinse the new filter sponge with clean tap water
and insert it into the filter compartment. Snap the
compartment into the filter and place it back into
the aquarium.
Check the filter grates for blockages as the water
flow decreases.
Also check the operation of the rotor, especially if it

makes noise.
Remove the filter compartment. Remove the lever
from the underside of the filter and take out the
rotor.
Rinse the pump clean. Clean the rotor and check
for damage.
A new rotor is available from your dealer. Wear and
tear on the rotor is normal and not covered by
warranty.
