Troubleshooting: If the handsfree do not turn on
automatically, it should be due to low battery. Please,
charge the handsfree. If they do not pair with your device
properly, reset the handsfree as instructed later in this
manual.

2.4 How to disconnect/reset the handsfree
To disconnect the handsfree earset from the phone (for
example, to connect your phone to another device), choose
one of the following instructions:
- Turn off the earset.
- Use the phone's Wireless function to disconnect the
handsfree from the phone.
- Move the earset 10M away from the phone.
2.5 Charging the handsfree
Before using the earset for the first time, we recommend to
fully charge it.
When charging, the indicator light is red, the battery will be
full when the red light goes off.
If the light flash once every 20 seconds it's a reminder of low
battery.
Troubleshooting: If the handsfree LED indicator does not
turn on during its charge, it should be due to a power supply
issue. Check both ends of the cable, as well as the power
supply state and the device you are using to charge, whether
it is a wall charger, a powerbank or a PC port.
2.6 Connect two phones
First of all, disconnect the handsfree from the paired phone,
without forgetting the connection or removing the pairing.
Then, the earset will automatically go back to pairing status.
After that, search "KSIX EXECUTIVE" with another phone.
Once paired with the second phone, connect the handsfree
earset again to the first phone. Connect or disconnect each
phone to the handsfree depending on which one you will
need to use.
Note: In case the device is not making any sound, make sure
the earset is activated and fully charged, paired with your
phone, your connection is enabled and that you are within
10m from the phone. If having checked all of this, it still does
not work, try the following:
- Re-charge the earset
- Restart the phone
Click the multifunction button
once to play or pause the
music.
Click (+) button to increase the
volume. Click (-) button to
decrease the volume.
Long press (-) button for 3
seconds to go to the previous
song. Long press (+) button for 3
seconds to go to the next song.
Click the multifunction button to
answer the call or hang up the
call.
Long press the multifunction
button.
Double-click the multi-function
key.
