COMPUTER OPERATION
KEY FUNCTIONS
1.
MODE- Press the button to select functions. If you press and hold the MODE button, you can reset COUNT, RPM, TIME, DIST
and CALORIES.
2.
UP- In the setting status, press this button to increase the setting value in the corresponding flashing window for TIME, COUNT,
CAL and DIST.
3.
DOWN- In the setting status, press this button to change the setting value in the corresponding flashing window for TIME,
CONT, CAL, DIST
4.
RESET - Press the button to reset the counter, time, distance and calories.
FUNCTIONS
1.
COUNT: Counts the strokes during training.
Press the "MODE" button until "Count" appears and then press the "UP/DOWN" button to set the training counter. When SET
is set to zero, the computer stops approximately 1 second after the start of the time.

RPM: Display of the beats per minute during training.
3.
TIME: Shows the total time from the start to the end of the exercise.
Press the "MODE" button until "TIME" appears and press the "UP/DOWN" button to set the training time. If "SET" is set to
zero, the computer stops 1 second after the start of the time.
4.
DIST: (1) Shows the distance from the start to the end of the exercise.
Press the "MODE" button until "DIST" appears and press the "UP/DOWN" button to set the training distance.
If "SET" is set to zero, the computer stops approximately 1 second after the start of the time.
5.
CALORIES: Counts the total calories from the start to the end of the workout.
Press the "MODE" button until "CAL" appears and press the "UP/DOWN" button to set the training calories.
If the SET value is zero, the computer stops approximately 1 second after the start of the time.
6.
WATT display: Displays a WATT value depending on the program.
