Make sure the neck fan is fully charged before use.
1. Unfold the neck fan and place it around your neck.
Switch it on using the on/off/mode button. The fan
automatically starts at level 1.
2. Press the on/off/mode button again to set the fan to
level 2, and once more for level 3. Press the cool button to
activate the cooling element.
3. After level 3, press the on/off/mode button to turn off
the neck fan.
