Mixed Gas Sensor KWL-VOC for easyControls
Please note:
Voltage range DC
Voltage range AC
Rated current at 24 V DC in idle state
In case of connection to an AIR1 ventilation unit, observe the wiring diagram, see the
installation and operating instructions for the AIR1 ventilation unit.
The specified voltage range must not be exceeded or fallen below. The polarity (+/-) is
arbitrary.
3.2.2 Use of the analogue outputs
Connection of Mixed Gas Sensor KWL-VOC to a ventilation unit (KWL unit, AIR1 unit, fan
etc.), which is equipped with an analogue input (0-10 V). Note polarity!
Maximum cable length between sensor and controls: 50 m.
Recommended cable type for the sensor connection: shielded 4-wire strand (provided
by customer) with 0.5 mm² strand cross-section. The shield must be applied to the GND
on the control side.

3.3 Connection to Helios BUS (for KWL compact units with easyControls)
– Connection according to wiring diagram SS-1075.
Addressing
If multiple mixed gas sensors are connected, the addressing must be adjusted. There
must be no double address allocations for sensors 1-8! (see DIP switch table; wiring
diagram SS-1075).
