Troubleshooting

If you have any problems, contact our after sales support (see back of this manual).
Problem
The appliance cannot
be switched on.
No steam dispensed.
The temperature
indicator flickers or
remains dark.
The appliance hums or
heats up sharply.

Cleaning

Attention!
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or
any sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as knives, hard spatulas and the like.
These may damage the surfaces.
1. Unplug the mains connector from the mains socket-outlet before cleaning.
2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
3. Wipe down the appliance with a lightly moistened cloth. Then allow all the parts
to dry completely.
4. We recommend the Prym iron cleaner to clean the soleplate.
Possible cause
No power supply.
Water tank empty.
Temperature too low.
Electronic fault.
Electronic fault.
Remedy
Check whether the mains con-
nector is plugged into an opera-
tional mains socket-outlet.
Pull the mains connector from
the mains socket-outlet and
then plug it back in. Switch the
appliance on.
Fill the water tank.
Turn the temperature dial to the
" " position.
Unplug and stop using the ap-
pliance.
