3.4 Packaging the dangerous goods

3.4.1 Safety instructions
Warning
Risk of poisoning due to toxic substances leaking from cells or batteries
Serious to fatal injuries
Wear protective equipment appropriate to the hazardous material.

3.4.2 Packaging instructions

The required safety distances between the battery and the container internal surfaces, respectively the
internal surfaces of the lining, depend on the respective battery (structural shape, energy content,
condition, etc.). If the minimum distances are not defined in the transport specifications, then, depending
on the respective model design, the safety distances described in section 3.4.3 are recommended.

1. Look for the RFID mark on the bottom of the container.
2. Loosen the 3 screws on the feet under the RFID marking. Remove the
cover. Insert the RFID/GPS tracker into the removed part. After
inserting the tracker, replace the cover and screw in the 3 screws
located on the base under the RFID marking.
