Description of the parts

for this product.

the manufacturer or a technician.

know how to handle the product and/or do not
understand the risks associated with it.
Use the accessories according to these
instructions. Failure to follow the instructions
given in this user manual may result in
serious injuries and loss of warranty. Comply
with applicable local or national regulations
concerning the use of this product. Do not
make any modifications to the product. Any
modification to the product may be dangerous
and is prohibited.
Residual risks
Residual risks cannot be completely ruled out
even in case of proper use. Due to the nature of
the engraver, the following dangers may arise:
- Danger of burns caused by accidental contact
with hot parts.
- Risk of breakage, as well as risk of tipping
over if people lean on and support themselves
on the support table.
- Overheating and risk of fire caused by
covering with clothing, blankets, etc.
General safety instructions

While using electrical products, general
safety precautions have to be taken in
order to minimise the risk of electrical
shock, fire and other risks as far as
possible.
Hence please read the safety and operating
instructions given below carefully and
attentively.
Keep these instructions for future
reference. Give these instructions to any
third person using the appliance.

a) Ensure that the rated power indicated
on the machine label corresponds with
your mains.
b) Connect the product only to an
approved and correctly installed socket.
c) The mains plug should only be plugged
in dry rooms.
d) The product is intended for normal
domestic use only and is not suitable
for commercial use.
e) The heating product should not be
placed directly below a wall socket.
f) Do not install the product very close
to flammable materials, furniture,
curtains or similar objects.
g) Do not install the product near
bathtubs, swimming pools, sinks or
similar areas where water is present.
h) The product should not be covered
to prevent over-heating and risk of
fire. Do not place clothing, blankets,
pillows, newspapers or similar objects
on the product. Ensure that a minimum
distance of 1 meter is maintained to
flammable objects.
i) The housing and the front panel of
the product become very hot during
operation. Ensure that flammable
objects like curtains, blinds, flags,
plastic foils or similar objects do not
come into contact with the product
due to wind or other environmental
influences. Avoid touching the product
at all costs. Caution! Risk of burns!
j) Ensure that the cable is not routed
over sharp edges and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces of the
product.
k) If the power cable of this product is
damaged, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, his after-sales service
personnel or by an equally qualified
person, so as to prevent any risk.
