Reinforcement anchorage
kits for sinks.
OPTION A. Installation with
the fastening belts.
Two fastening safety belts are supplied
with the sink to anchor it.
The kit consists of the following items:

Fitting fastening belts:
The belts are fixed to one side of the kitchen
unit with screws. Before fixing the belts, you
need to make 2 holes at each end to insert
the screws.

The wooden anchor points will be screwed
to the other side of the unit with two screws
and two washers for each one.
Pass the belts behind the anchor points
and place the sink over the belts.
To install the sink under the worktop, apply
the ColorSil silicone, tighten the belts and
screw in the lower part of this side. The belts
must be fastened to apply as much tension
as possible to the sink.
Once it is in place, remove any
excess silicone from the sink before it
dries. Cosentino recommends using
CLEANCOLORSIL to remove it. Do not
use any products containing METHYLINE
CHLORIDE.
In the case of an integrated or mitred
installation, use the fastening belts to
reinforce the anchorage. Tighten them and
screw them in so that they apply as much
tension as possible over the entire length of
the sink.

OPTION B. Installation with
telescopic bars.

The kit consists of the following items:

Fitting the support profiles:
These profiles are fixed with screws to the
sides of the kitchen unit (one on each side).
The base of the profile must be 21 cm from
the underside of the worktop.

Fitting the telescopic bars:
The length of these telescopic bars can
be increased or decreased depending on
the size of the unit. They are between a
minimum of 50 cm and a maximum of 90cm
or 120 cm (with an extender included) in
length. They are placed transversely, with
their ends supported by the slots in the
support profiles.
For under-worktop installation, once the
back bar is in place, support the sink and
fit the front bar. Place the sink in the cut-
out hole and apply ColorSil. Tighten the
Allen bolts so that the sink is completely
bonded to the worktop and in line with the
perimeter of the hole. Once it is in place,
remove the excess silicone from the sink
before it dries. Cosentino recommends
using CLEANCOLORSIL to remove it. Do not
use any products containing METHYLINE
CHLORIDE.
