When the video signal of your computer exceeds the frequency range of monitor
(refer to product
specification), the integrated microprocessor Ofmonitor will turn Offthe sync signal of horizontal and vertical for
the purpose of monitor protection, please refer to the illustration below.
The monitor will enter saving mode after few seconds, and the power indicator will flashing amber or blue (in
16"). Please set the output frequency Of your computer within the acceptable range Of monitor so that the
monitor can work normally.

OF DISPLAY
MODE
Wth standard VESA and DDC function, the monitor wi I scan frequency, output power, performance etc and
transfer to PCafter turning on when you use the video card with VESADDC1/2B function. And it will identify the
connection mode of display and select the proper resolution.
The pre-set mode before leaving factory is at table which you can find at the end Ofthe user manual.
TROUBLE
SHOOTING
There is no Screen Image/LED no light
Check that the power cord is properly and securely connected to the monitor, that the adapter is properly plugged
into the power outlet, and that the device is not in power saving mode.
There is no Screen Image/LED flashing amber or blue (in 16")
Pleaseto seewhether the display card OfPCis loosed, and check the connection between signal cables and display.
The image is too big / small or too light / dark
Enter the OSDimage adjustment menu to adjust the parameters.
The
screen
is overheated
Pleasekeepat least 8 cm around the display for ventilation, and do not place anything onto the monitor.
Dark display after power on
This is normal. Due to the temperature difference, the backlight will not give out light equably at the beginning Of
powering on, but the backlight lamp will come to normal work after 20 minutes, the darkness and facula will
disappear at this time.
The image is distorted
Checkthe setof computer and choose the proper resolution, then readjust and renovate the resolution.
The color is abnormal
Check the connection of signal cable, if there is any cuwed or broken pin, please replace it; Enter the OSD color
adjustment menu to set the display color to the optimum.
The monitor speaker does not play any sound
DP/HDMI
connection
Monitor: Check the Volume via OSD (AUDIO ADJUST->VOLUME) and check that MUTE mode is not selected. In AUDIO
ADJUST->AUDIO INPUT select the correct source (HDMI/DISPLAYPORT).
