STEP 01: ASSEMBLE WHEEL
1. Bend the split cotter for C-curve by sharp-nose pliers.
2. Insert the steel rod into the bottom hole of trolley, then insert the steel gasket
into the rod, then insert the wheel into the rod.
3. Insert the second steel gasket into the rod, then insert the split cotter in the hole
of rod, then bend the bottom of split cotter by sharp-nose pliers.
4. Put the cover on the wheel, this process is finished.
