TROUBLESHOOTING
If you think you've got a problem with your
Roccbox, follow these troubleshooting point-
ers to sort the problem. For replacement parts
and servicing contact Roccbox for further
details. It is recommended to replace the gas
hose every 5 years. Some countries may have
different requirements, therefore you must ad-
here to their specified time period. Hose and
regulators can be purchased from your nearest
hardware store.
Problem Cause
Weak flame • Empty/low gas cylinder
• High altitude
• Cold gas cylinder
Noisy burner • Debris blocking head
• Debris in venturi
Slow heat up • Empty gas cylinder
• Cold weather
• Windy conditions
Solution
• Try a different gas cylinder.
• Check gas regulator
• Clean burner. View Cleaning
