Q: How do I turn off the product?
A: The product automatically powers off when it detects no load or when charging is complete.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge this product?
A: About 2 hours (PD45W charging) with Type C input port charging.
Q: What is the storage temperature of this product?
A: This machine is powered by a lithium polymer battery that operates at -20-600C/-4-1400F. If
the ambient temperature is higher than 600C/1400F, it may damage the internal structure of the
battery cell and cause it to expand, making it unsafe.So do not store the device in a vehicle that is
parked for a long time in hot weather.
Q: How do I know if the machine is properly connected to the vehicle?
A: If the battery clip is connected to the vehicle battery, pressthe "BOOST"button, if the screen
shows "BOOST" icon, it means the clip is connected correctly, if appears on the screen , it
means protection, pleasecheck the alarm content accordingly.
